Cooked by my personal chef - Matt - he served blueberry blintz's with fresh berries on top. A nice icewine from our Niagara wine tour to sip (our Christmas morning tradition) and it was perfection! What a great way to start Christmas morning! Last year we had souflee, and the year before we did a cheddar-bacon thing - all very good! I'm very lucky to have such a great cook as a husband!!!
